Tier 2 Intra-Company Transfers
This Tier 2 category allows multi-national employers to transfer employees from overseas to fill a certain position in their company, which they couldn't fill from the local resident workers.
If you apply for an Intra-Company Transfer visa and become successful, this gives you the legal right (as a non-citizens) to work in a country in a specific job for a certain company for an agreed period of time.
For this type of visa/work permit applicants need to have actually been employed by the overseas branch of the company for a minimum period of six months or more depending on the application and must show evidence that the applicant has got the relevant knowledge and experience to fulfil this job role at its highest standards.
