Tier 1 HSMP Visas
The points based system is designed to non-EEA nationals immigrating to the UK, except applicants entering through a family based visa. This System is focused on the structure of the UK immigration services, into a five-tier selection.
The Points Based System directly replaces the previous Highly Skilled Migrant Programme (HSMP) to the Tier 1 category.
Tier 1 does not require the applicants to have a Certificate of Sponsorship and aims to the most talented migrants who will be a benefit to the UK in the economy sector.
This category allows highly skilled people to come to the UK to look for work or self-employment opportunities. Further more you do not need a job offer if you are applying as a highly skilled worker.
